At ROTE Systems we've developed and 
deliver a variety of fast-paced, interactive training workshops designed to help employees think and plan before taking action.   • Strategic Selling Skills - three day program focuses on the elements of selling with behavioral understanding and videotape feedback.
  • Customer Won - one day program focuses on 
    the importance of responding to internal/external customers as well as understanding customer behaviors.
  • Speaking About - two day program that focuses on the elements of oral presentations, displaying audio/visuals properly, understanding audiences, with videotaping per attendee.
  • Managing for Excellence - two day program that focuses on the elements of managing/coaching subordinates, behavioral profiling, documenting/communicating performance.
  • Selecting for Excellence - two day program 
    that focuses on the elements of recruiting/selecting/interviewing of candidates 
    for hiring into the organization.
  • Employee Involvement - two day program that focuses on empowering employees, conducting productive meetings, allowing them to implement new ideas to solve problems, teamwork fundamentals.
  • Career Change Workshop - one day outplacement seminar that focuses on job re-entry skills such as: identifying job sources, resume/cover letter writing, preparing for the interview, post-interview follow-up, negotiating.
