that focuses on the elements of
recruiting/selecting/interviewing of candidates
for hiring into the organization.
- Employee Involvement - two day
program that focuses on empowering employees, conducting
productive meetings, allowing them to implement new ideas to
solve problems, teamwork fundamentals.
- Career Change Workshop - one day
outplacement seminar that focuses on job re-entry skills
such as: identifying job sources, resume/cover letter
writing, preparing for the interview, post-interview
follow-up, negotiating.
