Bob Hartman is President of ROTE SYSTEMS, Inc. an international management/sales training consulting company. As a trainer/consultant for 20 years, he has designed and delivered over 50 different management/sales training programs for a variety of Fortune 500 companies. Currently, he markets and presents 15 copyrighted seminars on sales and management topics and many  interactive workshops tailored for all levels of supervisors and managers as well as senior level executives. 

Under Mr. Hartman's guidance, ROTE SYSTEMS, Inc. has been able to offer these additional services to corporate accounts: outplacement counseling, recruiting & selecting counseling, and process management consulting. He has created niche marketing strategies resulting in creation of partnering relationships to help domestic companies become certified for international trading. (ISO9000)
